HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE SYRUP
First, separate a saucepan and add the sugar. Then put the pan on a low heat until the sugar melts.
Then add the warm water (the sugar will petrify), put it on a medium to high heat and let it boil until it's all melted.
Then turn off the heat and quickly add the ginger and lemon, cover for about 15 minutes or so.
Finally, strain and store in a container with a lid.
If you store it without straining it, you'll notice that over time the taste will become too strong and it won't be good.
