Then add the baking powder and mix well. Pour the dough into circles. Top with mozzarella, ham, corn, hard-boiled eggs, onion, bacon and olives. Ingredients for the Portuguese pie recipe
For the dough
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 beef or chicken stock
- 1 packet of grated cheese (50g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
For the filling
- 300g coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
- 300g sliced ham cut into strips
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can drained green corn
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 (large) slices of bacon
- ½ cup pitted green olives
