Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 500g shredded chicken
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped olives to taste
  • Parsley
  • 1 Roll of ready-made puff pastry

Directions:

Sauté the onion and grated garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add the paprika and mix. Add the tomatoes, chicken, salt and pepper and mix.

Then add the tomato sauce and sour cream and mix well. Then add chopped olives to taste and finish with parsley.

Finally, roll out the dough and place it on a rectangular baking sheet. Then add the cold filling and cream cheese and spread out.

Then cut another piece of puff pastry and cover the pie, pinching the sides to seal it.

Brush an egg yolk on top and make a hole in the middle (to let the air out). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
