Rede Globo is investing in a new attraction for free-to-air TV, and expectations are high. On Monday (24), journalist Alessandro Lo-Bianco made a controversial statement about a possible new program being prepared by the network for next year.

New Program with Eliana, Xuxa and Angélica

According to the columnist, Rede Globo is planning to launch an unusual attraction led by three of Brazil's most famous presenters: Eliana, Xuxa and Angélica. After Eliana's recent departure from SBT, the broadcaster saw an opportunity to make a bold invitation to the blonde.

The initial proposal involved a chat with Eliana, followed by invitations to Xuxa and Angélica. The idea is to create a weekly program on free-to-air TV with the three presenters, taking advantage of their popularity and charisma.

According to Alessandro, the premiere of the new program is scheduled for early next year. Fátima Bernardes' show on free-to-air TV would have been canceled in favor of the new attraction, since Rede Globo is looking for something more relaxed, while Fátima preferred a more reserved format.

The broadcaster is confident that Eliana, Xuxa and Angélica can deliver the desired style of program. Although details are still scarce and Rede Globo's advisors have not officially confirmed the project, the proposal is being finalized and presented to the three stars.
