- 400 ml of whipped cream

How to prepare Strawberry mousse filling with
Put 400 ml of very cold whipped cream in the mixer, 1 can of cold condensed milk, 1 carton of cold cream, 2 Tang juices, ½ envelope of unflavored gelatin (if you're having a hot day).
Then, to mix in the gelatine, take a little of the whipped cream and mix in the gelatine as soon as it has been hydrated and melted, stir well and add it to the cream again!
Then wash and dry the strawberries very well, chop them up and add them... Without the strawberries it's fine too! The juice can be any flavor you like... The important thing is that the first three ingredients are chilled.
Finally, strawberries, pineapple, lemon, passion fruit and green grapes are great (I add fruit to all of them*, zest to the lemon and syrup to the passion fruit).
