- 4 eggs
- 1 American cup of oil
- 1 American glass of orange juice
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 2 American cups of sugar
- 1 American cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

How to prepare cornmeal and orange cake
In a bowl, sift together the cornmeal, sugar and flour. Set aside.
Then, in a blender, beat the eggs, oil and orange juice until the mixture is smooth.
Then remove the core from the lid of the blender and, without stopping, add the sifted dry ingredients.
Then, after adding all the dry ingredients, beat for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix with a spoon.
