INGREDIENTS FOR THIS LASAGNA RECIPE
- 500g lasagna pasta
- 300g of washed and chopped spinach leaves
- 500g grated mozzarella cheese
- 200g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 800g tomato sauce
- 500g ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
