INGREDIENTS: Syrup:

  • 02 cups sugar
  • 01 cup water

Pudding:

  • 03 eggs
  • 400g condensed milk
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 01 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup milk.

HOW TO PREPARE: Wonderful pudding

Syrup:

Take a saucepan, add the sugar and put it on a medium heat. When you see that the sugar has melted by 80%, remove it from the heat and stir until it is completely melted. This prevents the caramel from going stale.

When the sugar is completely melted, put it back on the heat, pour in the water and when it starts to create a consistency, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Pasta:

Pour all the ingredients for the dough into the mixer and beat for about 5 minutes.

Then grease the center-hole pan with margarine and use the sugar to sprinkle the pan completely.

Now take the syrup from the fridge and pour it into the pan, then transfer the batter completely into the pan.
