No-bake pudding without eggs

INGREDIENTS
CALDA
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
PUDDING
- 2 unflavored gelatins
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 carton of condensed milk
- 2 cartons of cream
- 400ml milk
PREPARATION METHOD

- For the syrup, put the sugar in a saucepan and add the water. Mix everything together and stir over a low heat until it turns to caramel.
- Book.
PUDDING
- Put the gelatine and half a cup of cold water in a pan. Mix until dissolved, then leave to stand for about 4 minutes.
- Finally, place the gelatine and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then put it in a dish and refrigerate it for about 3 hours until it becomes more consistent.
- Then, with the pudding firm, pour all the syrup on top. Then, if your caramel is a little hard, just put it back on the heat and it will melt again.
