Refrigerator lemon pudding without eggs
Iced lemon pudding is a simple, tasty and refreshing dessert that you'll love!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
- 2 cartons of cream (400g)
- ½ cup strained lemon juice (120 ml)
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatine powder (12 g)
- 5 tablespoons of water to hydrate the gelatine (75 ml)
- Lemon zest to taste for decoration

PREPARATION METHOD
- In a bowl, add the water at room temperature, pour in the unflavored gelatin powder, mix and place in a bain-marie or microwave for 15 seconds until dissolved. Let's make this delicious lemon pudding!
- Then set aside. Next, add the condensed milk, cream and strained lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Then add the dissolved gelatine and beat a little more. Finally, pour into a lightly greased 20cm diameter pudding dish.
