How to make chicken pave

Chicken pudding is easy to make. For the cream, we mix the milk, starch and flour and put it on the heat until it thickens. Then turn off the heat, stir in the margarine, grated cheese, sour cream and salt (if desired) and set aside. For the chicken stew, we start by sautéing the onion and garlic until golden. Then add the shredded chicken and brown it a little. Then add the tomatoes, parsley, olives and salt and sauté. If necessary, add a pinch of flour and stir over a low heat to thicken while reserving.

Ingredients for the chicken pave recipe

The cream

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of cream without whey
  • salt (to taste)

Chicken stew

  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 very ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • green smell (to taste)
  • chopped pitted green olives
  • salt (to taste)

To make the vegetable stew

  • 3 cooked carrots (sliced)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon salted margarine
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • chopped greens (to taste)

Directions

To make the cream

  1. First, mix the milk, cornstarch and flour and bring to the boil, stirring until it thickens.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the margarine, grated cheese, cream and salt. Set aside.

From the chicken stew

  1. In a pan with olive oil, add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden.
  2. Then add the cooked and shredded chicken and fry a little.
  3. Add the tomatoes, green smell, olives and salt and sauté.
  4. If the filling is too liquid, add 1 tablespoon of flour to the stew and mix until it thickens. Set aside.

From the vegetable stew

  1. In a saucepan, add the margarine and sauté the onion until it wilts.
  2. Add the carrots, green corn and green smell and sauté. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. First pour all the cream into a glass dish.
  2. Spread the chicken stew and vegetable stew on top.
  3. Cover with mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  4. Then bake in a preheated medium oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Finally, serve your wonderful chicken pave warm!
