O pudim de frango é fácil de fazer. No creme vamos misturar o leite, o amido e a farinha e colocar no fogo até engrossar.   1. In a pan with olive oil, add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden.
  2. Then add the cooked and shredded chicken and fry a little.
  3. Add the tomatoes, green smell, olives and salt and sauté.
  4. If the filling is too liquid, add 1 tablespoon of flour to the stew and mix until it thickens. Set aside.

From the vegetable stew

  1. In a saucepan, add the margarine and sauté the onion until it wilts.
  2. Add the carrots, green corn and green smell and sauté. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. First pour all the cream into a glass dish.
  2. Spread the chicken stew and vegetable stew on top.
  3. Cover with mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
