Baked pastry - As the title says, this recipe is a delicious stuffed pastry that is very easy to make, you can even make it and sell the pieces, it's really good and fluffy.
INGREDIENTS Baked pastry
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- Two cups of warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- One tablet of chicken stock
- 1 carton of cream
- 2 tablespoons dry biological yeast
- 300 g hot dog sausage
- 200 g shredded or coarsely grated cheese
PREPARATION METHOD
In a blender, whisk together the warm milk, eggs, flour, oil, chicken stock and sugar
Then pour into a bowl and stir in the yeast. Set aside.
Then, in another bowl, mix the sausages together with the cheese and cream. Set aside.
Then grease a baking dish and pour in half the batter.
Then spread the filling and pour in the rest of the dough, covering everything.
Finally, bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Then serve your baked Pastelão.
