Learn how to make this delicious wheat-free and egg-free bread roll, which is wonderful and is ready in just a few minutes. In this recipe you'll use potato and rice flour and you can then use the filling of your choice and I assure you, it's wonderful! It's the perfect snack to make for the family.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 potatoes
- 5 tablespoons rice flakes
- Salt to taste
- Cheese for stuffing (optional)
MPREPARATION METHOD
- Cook the potatoes and when they are cooked, peel and mashed potato them until they resemble a puree
- Then add the salt and rice flakes. You can then replace it with rice or oat flour
- Then take out the spoonfuls and shape into balls, then roll out the dough and add the filling of your choice
- I then used cheese, but you can use minced beef, shredded chicken, cheese and ham or whatever filling you like
- Finally, close the dough and shape it into a bun
- Then add a little oil to a non-stick frying pan and brown on both sides over a low heat
- Your wheat-free, egg-free bread roll is ready!
