In this recipe you'll use potato and rice flour and you can then use the filling of your choice and I assure you, it's wonderful! It's the perfect snack to make for the family.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons rice flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese for stuffing (optional)

MPREPARATION METHOD

  1. Cook the potatoes and when they are cooked, peel and mashed potato them until they resemble a puree
  2. Then add the salt and rice flakes. You can then replace it with rice or oat flour
  3. Then take out the spoonfuls and shape into balls, then roll out the dough and add the filling of your choice
  4. I then used cheese, but you can use minced beef, shredded chicken, cheese and ham or whatever filling you like
  5. Finally, close the dough and shape it into a bun
  6. Then add a little oil to a non-stick frying pan and brown on both sides over a low heat
  7. Your wheat-free, egg-free bread roll is ready!
