- 1 yellow bell bell pepper, diced

- 400 grams of white fish fillet, cleaned and cut into small cubes
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 red onion, diced
PREPARATION METHOD
First, place the fish in a bowl and cover with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or until the fish is opaque.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, tomatoes, peppers and chili peppers into small cubes and set aside.
