Nest milk mousse with chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatine powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 500g chilled fresh cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
The preparation method for this recipe is very simple and I'm sure that if you follow it step by step you will be able to make your recipe, it will be wonderful.
PREPARATION METHOD
- First, to make this mousse, sprinkle the gelatine over the milk in a saucepan and leave to hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Then bring to the boil over a low heat.
- Then blend with the condensed milk, powdered milk and essence until smooth.
- Then beat the cream with a mixer or hand whisk until you get stiff peaks like whipped cream.
- Finally, mix in the cream and the drops gently by stirring from top to bottom with a spoon.
- Then pour into a compote dish and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- At the end, just serve your chocolate milk mousse cold and delicious.
