Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- One can of whipped cream
- 1 can of milk (use the can of cream as a measure)
- 1 bottle of coconut milk 200 ml
- 100 grams of shredded coconut
- 1 packet of unflavored white gelatine powder
Directions This Coconut Mousse
Beat all the ingredients in a blender, except the unflavored gelatin. Then set aside.
Then add 5 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatine and leave to hydrate for 5 minutes. Then heat it in a bain-marie until it dissolves.
Then immediately add the mixture to the blender and blend until completely combined.
Finally, pour it into a plastic mould dipped in cold water and put it in the fridge for 1.5 hours, or until it takes on the consistency of gelatine.
Unmold and serve your delicious Coconut Mousse cold.
