MINI CHOCOLATE EASTER EGGS
INGREDIENTS
- 200g of chocolate of your choice
- Miniature Easter egg molds
- Optional filling (such as brigadeiro, dulce de leche, ganache)
- Confetti to decorate (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
- Melt the chocolate of your choice in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until it is completely melted and free of lumps.
- Pour the melted chocolate into miniature Easter egg molds, spreading it evenly over all parts of the mold.
- Tap the mold lightly on the surface of the worktop to remove any air bubbles and smooth the surface of the chocolate.
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
- Carefully remove the mini chocolate eggs from the mold and fill as desired.
- If you wish, decorate the mini eggs with more melted chocolate or other confectionery.
- Keep the mini eggs refrigerated until it's time to serve or give them as a gift.
