Sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, for the sauce, put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate until it's time to serve the pastries.
- So, for the vatapá, put the onion, tomato and coriander in a blender and blend very well, set aside. Place the prawns in a bowl with the black pepper, lemon juice and my secret seasoning and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

- 2 large dwarf bananas, chopped

PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, for the filling, put the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
