MACARRÃO A BOLONHESA

INGREDIENTS

- 300 grams of ground beef

- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 chopped carrot (optional)
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- 1 sachet of tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Grated cheese for sprinkling

PREPARATION METHOD
First, cook the pasta in a saucepan with water and a little salt (half a tablespoon).

Pour in a little water and cover the pan and let the sauce simmer until it is creamy and juicy.
Finally, add the cooked noodles to the sauce, adding a ladleful of the cooking water, then leave on a low heat for about 3 minutes.
Turn off and serve, sprinkling with grated cheese.
