ROASTED LOIN
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kilos of pork loin
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil to taste

PREPARATION METHOD
First prepare the seasoning. Place the thyme, rosemary, sweet paprika, chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Mash until it's all together.
