  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons biquinho pepper cut in half

  5. Then transfer to a blender with all the liquid and blend until creamy, add the cashew nuts, ginger, half the shrimp sautéed in the broth, the peanuts and continue to blend well.
  6. Afterwards, transfer all the mixtures to the pan you used to sauté the prawns, add the rest of the coconut milk, the olive oil and cook over a medium heat until it starts to loosen from the pan and become creamy, then add the rest of the prawns and the palm oil and cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Then open the pastry dough and divide it into squares. Place some of the filling in the center of each pastry and close it up to form a triangle.
