Ingredientes

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered chocolate
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • One cup of milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Strawberries to decorate.

Stuffing:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 caixa de morangos limpos e secos (300g)

Cover:

-3 cups melted semi-sweet chocolate
-1 xícara (chá) de creme de leite

In a blender, beat together the eggs, chocolate, oil, milk and sugar. Then mix in the flour and baking powder with a spoon and pour into a 24cm diameter pan lined with greased baking paper.
