This past Sunday, June 2nd, Luan Santana's team spoke out after the singer was hospitalized at Albert Einstein Hospital.

Luan Santana felt unwell after landing in Divinópolis, Minas Gerais, where he was scheduled to perform a show. Due to his illness, the show was canceled.

“Following medical recommendations, Luan Santana is on complete rest at his home in Alphaville. The singer is recovering from an illness that led him to cancel a show in Divinópolis (MG), yesterday, June 1st,” the team reported.

The team clarified that on Tuesday, May 28, Luan had already felt unwell and feverish, which led him to consult a doctor. The doctor recommended that he completely suspend his activities.

Despite the recommendation, Luan insisted on continuing with his concert schedule, performing in Lages, Santa Catarina, and Votorantim, São Paulo. However, upon arriving in Divinópolis, he ended up feeling sick again.

“We are awaiting the results of the tests, but it was not a sudden illness,” the team said, updating the singer’s situation after the incident.
