While some countries - such as Germany - usually serve their beef stroganoffes, in Russia and other parts of Eastern Europe, we see versions of the dish made with chicken or pork. In Latin America, we can find similar delicacies in the cuisines of Venezuela (stuffing for arepas) and Uruguay (chivitos).

How to make Shrimp Stroganoff

Add the coriander, prawns and onion to the chicken stock straight away. Then wait for the stock to dilute and mix well before continuing. Ingredients

  • 01 kilo of cleaned shrimp
  • 100ml sweet olive oil
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 01 packet of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 01 chicken stock cube
  • 02 medium onions, finely chopped
  • Half a cup of chopped coriander
  • 100g tomato pulp
  • 200g white sauce

  1. First, take a large frying pan and add the olive oil, then bring it to a boil over a low heat.
