- one cup of sugar
- 1 cup powdered chocolate
- 1 cup oil

- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
PREPARATION METHOD
- First, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Then grease a 24 cm diameter round pan with a hole in the middle with butter.

- In a large bowl (or mixer), add the sifted sugar and chocolate powder.
- Then, in a small bowl, break one egg at a time and add it to the sugar.
- Add the oil and mix well with a whisk until smooth.

- In the meantime, add the yeast.
- Then transfer the batter to the prepared dish and bake for about 30 minutes. To check, poke a toothpick into the cake and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Finally, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes before unmolding.
