Coconut Mousse

So guys, when I need to make a quick dessert to serve after lunch, I usually make the recipe for coconut mousse with condensed milk in a blender because it's very simple, practical and uses very few ingredients. The characteristics of mousse are flavour, stabilization and aeration: these are the three important elements for the traditional French dessert, mousse, to be just right. In exact translation, the word mousse in French means foam. Therefore, for the delicacy to be characterized as a mousse, the aerated texture is essential.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Performance: 6 servings

  • 1 can of milk (use the can of cream as a measure)
  • 1 bottle of coconut milk 200 ml
  • 100 grams of shredded coconut
  • 1 packet of unflavored white gelatine powder

The preparation method is very simple and I'm sure that if you follow it step by step you'll be able to make your coconut mousse, it will be wonderful.
