The Condensed Milk Cream with Gelatine Recipe is extremely tasty, easy to make and the whole family will love it.
So, to prepare the condensed milk cream with gelatine, you just have to make a simple white cream, put it in a dish and wait for it to cool.
Then, once you've prepared the cream, prepare two strawberry jellies and mix them with the meringue. What you'll have is an economical and sensational dessert that will please all your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)
- Two heaped tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup of milk
- 2 packets of strawberry gelatine
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups cold water curd (500ml)
- 2 cups hot water curd (500ml)
How to Prepare Condensed Milk Cream with
Put the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Then add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk and cook, stirring until it thickens.
Finally, pour the cream into a deep glass dish, leave to cool and refrigerate.
Then dissolve the gelatine in the hot water, add the cold water and stir well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the sugar.
Mix the meringue very well with the still liquid gelatine and pour the mixture over the cream.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving your Condensed Milk Cream with.
