- 1 picanha of about 1.2 kg

- 1 cup tomato sauce

- 750 grams of chopped peeled tomatoes
- 1 and 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Chopped green pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 800 grams of pork shank in 3 to 4 cm cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sweet or spicy paprika
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
PREPARATION METHOD
- First, put the ham in a bowl and add the garlic, pepper, salt, lemon juice and paprika and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Next, sauté the shank (leave the marinade separate) in a pressure cooker with olive oil until golden brown, add the onion and continue sautéing for another 2-3 minutes.

- 1 cup diced potato
- 1 cup sliced leeks
- 1 cup oatmeal noodles
- 1 cup ripe pumpkin in 3 cm cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 liters of hot water
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 500 grams of cleaned muscle in 2 cm cubes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 cup diced chayote
