INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Conchiglioni Rigati
  • 200g ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (400g) peeled tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Preparation of the Conchiglioni:
    • Cook the Conchiglioni Rigati according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preparing the filling:
    • In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
    • Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
    • Add the chopped dried tomatoes, peeled tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes on a low heat.
