INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg low-fat prime rib
  • 1kg well-seasoned sausage
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 sachet of sazón seasoning or the seasoning of your choice

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. First of all, for this barbecue, cut the ribs piece by piece. Then take the sausage and pierce it to remove the air. Then place the cut ribs in the pressure cooker, bone side down.
  2. Then cover the ribs with half the onion and the seasoning. Then place the sausage on top and cover with the other half of the onion.
  3. Cover the pot and when it starts to pressure cook, reduce the heat and leave it on for exactly 50 minutes. Then take off the pressure and open.
  4. Remove the meat and place it on a plate or in a bowl. In the pressure cooker, you will see that a layer of oil has remained due to the cooking process. Discard the fat.
