Creamy Queijadinha Cake gradients
Ingredients for the syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Ingredients for the cake:
- 2 cups milk
- 100 g sweetened, moist shredded coconut
- 7 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
How to prepare: Creamy Queijadinha Cake
The first step is to take a saucepan and add the water and sugar and cook over a low heat until caramelized.
After caramelizing, pour the syrup into a cake tin and set aside.
Then, using a blender, add all the ingredients for the dough and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Then take all the mixture from the blender and pour it into the caramelized pan.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Finally, this cake doesn't need to be baked in a bain-marie, as is usually done with pudding!
Then, after removing it from the oven, we have to wait for it to cool down a little before taking it out of the tin and putting it in the fridge for 4 hours.
So, if you want to give your cake a special touch, sprinkle grated coconut on it after you take it out of the tin.
This wonderful creamy queijadinha cake is ready, with a delicious taste of Portugal.
