- 1 and 1/4 cups CHOCOLATE POWDER
- 1 and 1/2 CRYSTAL SUGAR
- 4 EGGS
- 1 cup VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 tablespoon BAUNILLA EXTRACT
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups FLOUR
- 1 tablespoon of FERMENT POWDER

- 1/2 cup powdered chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
HOW TO PREPARE: CAKE
- Boil the water and mix with the chocolate powder in a large bowl.
- Then add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs one by one and mix without over-beating.
- Add the oil and vanilla. Stir well and then sift the dry ingredients on top of the mixture, incorporating gently.
- Finally, pour the dough into a greased and floured 20x30cm pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick test is successful.

- Cook the condensed milk, chocolate powder, salt and butter to the point of soft brigadeiro. Then add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes over a low heat.
