Bolo Indiano Uma Explosão de Sabores e o Mais Recheado de Todos

Ingredients:

  • 06 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 20g baking powder
  • 01 teaspoon cinnamon powder.

Stuffing:

  • 400g condensed milk
  • 02 yolks
  • 02 tablespoons margarine
  • 100ml of milk.

First, take the eggs and place the yolks and whites in separate containers.

Then add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and baking powder to the mixture and leave to mix again.

Then pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan and, with the oven already heated to 180 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes, or until the batter is completely set. Then use the toothpick test.

Stuffing:

Take a saucepan and add all the ingredients for the filling.

Then put on a medium heat and mix well until you get the consistency of a soft brigadeiro.

When the cake is completely baked and cold, cut it in half horizontally, spread the filling well, cover with the other half of the cake and finish by placing the filling on top of the cake.

Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve your Indian cake at your leisure
