If you don't have coconut milk at home, you can substitute more milk (but coconut milk is much tastier).

  • 300g cooked cassava
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs

 PREPARATION METHOD

  1. First of all, to make this Cassava Cake, put the eggs in a blender.
  2. Turn on the appliance and gradually add the cooked cassava.
  3. Then, with the blender still running, add a cup of milk and the condensed milk.
  4. Then add another half cup of milk and blend for another 5 minutes.
  5. The dough should be very creamy.
  6. Then pour the batter into a caramelized pan and bake in a bain marie for 35 minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat and leave the pan in the water for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan and wait for it to cool.
