Fluffy and frosty Nest Milk Cake
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 glass of ice-cold curd water
- 4 yolks
- 3 cups of wheat flour.
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoonful of baking powder
- 6 tablespoons of nest milk
Syrup
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 50 ml filtered water
Stuffing
- 1 can of condensed milk
- A can of heavy cream
- 1 can (of cream) of Ninho powdered milk
- 12g unflavored gelatine powder
- 1 cup of water
Coverage
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 5 tablespoons of Ninho powdered milk
- 1/2 can of milk (use the can as a measure)
Cake decoration
- Shredded coconut
- Leite Ninho candies, white chocolate shavings or cherries optional

PREPARATION METHOD
Pasta
- First, to make this cake, beat the egg whites in the mixer for 10 minutes.
- Then, with the mixer running, add the pinch of salt, iced water, egg yolks, flour, milk, sugar and yeast.
- Then place the dough in a greased and floured 23cm diameter round pan.
- Finally, bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Syrup
- Next, mix together all the ingredients for dipping the cake.
Stuffing
- First, for the cake filling, mix the first 3 ingredients in a blender.
- Then put the gelatine in the cup of water, hydrate it and then microwave it for 20 seconds.
- Then add the mixture to a blender and blend a little more.
- Finally, refrigerate the cream until it is firm.
Coverage
Finally, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat until it's the consistency of a cup of brigadeiro.
Then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Assembling a wonderful cake
- Then cut the cake in half, soak the first part with the syrup, add the filling, cover with the other part of the cake and soak with the rest of the syrup.
