O Bolo de Leite Ninho Molhadinho e geladinho com cobertura

Ingredients Fluffy and frosty Nest Milk Cake

Pasta: 

  • 4 egg whites 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of ice-cold curd water
  • 4 yolks
  • 3 cups of wheat flour. 
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tablespoonful of baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons of nest milk

Syrup:

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 50 ml filtered water

Stuffing:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • A can of heavy cream
  • 1 can (of cream) of Ninho powdered milk 
  • 12g unflavored gelatine powder
  • 1 cup of water

Cover:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 5 tablespoons of Ninho powdered milk
  • 1/2 can of milk (use the can as a measure)

Decoration:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Leite Ninho candies, white chocolate shavings or cherries optional

MODO DE PREPARO Bolo de Leite Ninho Molhadinho e geladinho

Pasta: 

Bata na batedeira, as claras por 10 minutos. Em seguida, com a batedeira ligada adicione a pitada de sal, a água gelada, as gemas, a farinha, o leite, o açúcar e o fermento. 

Then place the dough in a greased and floured 23cm diameter round pan.

Em seguida, leve ao forno pré-aquecido por 30 minutos ou até que ao espetar um palito, o mesmo saia limpo. 

Syrup:

Bata no liquidificador os 3 primeiros ingredientes.

Em seguida, coloque essa mistura no liquidificador e bata mais um pouco. Leve o creme a geladeira até ficar firme. 

Cover: 

Finally, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat until it's the consistency of a cup of brigadeiro.

Then remove from the heat and leave to cool. 

Assembly: 

Corte o bolo ao meio, molhe a primeira parte com a calda, coloque o recheio, cubra com a outra parte do bolo e molhe com o restante da calda.

Then cover the cake with the brigadeiro and decorate with grated coconut or white chocolate shavings and cherries.

Finally, refrigerate your cold, moist Leite Ninho cake.
