INGREDIENTS Very fluffy orange cake

  • 1 whole orange 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup oil 
  • 2 cups of sugar 
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparing the Orange Cake:

Cut the orange into small cubes (peel and all), blend in a blender, add the eggs, oil, milk and sugar and blend some more.

Then remove and place in a bowl, gently add the flour and baking powder.

Then grease a baking tin with butter or margarine and flour and bake for 40 minutes over a medium heat of 180º or until you can see that it is golden brown and well baked by sticking a toothpick in it.
