INGREDIENTS: 

  • 250g cornstarch 
  • 3 tablespoons butter 
  • 250g cornmeal 
  • 250g sugar 
  • 250ml milk
  • 4 eggs 
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

In a blender, beat the eggs and sugar for 1 minute. Then gradually add the milk, butter, cornmeal and cornstarch. 

Then continue beating until the dough is smooth. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently until everything is mixed in.

Then pour into a pan greased with margarine and floured with cornmeal. Then bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for about 35 to 40 minutes.
