INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (corn or coconut)
- 2 cups fine oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
- To make your Banana Cake, first cut up the bananas and put them in a blender or food processor.
- Then add the eggs and oil and beat well.
- Then put this mixture in a bowl and add the oat flakes, cinnamon and vanilla essence, mixing well with a spoon until the dough is even.
- Then, finally, add the yeast and mix without beating.
- Then pour the whole mixture into a silicone mould or a greased mould.
- Finally, bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180ºC.
