INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (corn or coconut)
  • 2 cups fine oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. To make your Banana Cake, first cut up the bananas and put them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Then add the eggs and oil and beat well.
  3. Then put this mixture in a bowl and add the oat flakes, cinnamon and vanilla essence, mixing well with a spoon until the dough is even.
  4. Then, finally, add the yeast and mix without beating.
  5. Then pour the whole mixture into a silicone mould or a greased mould.
  6. Finally, bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180ºC.
