This 3-ingredient cake is the ultimate in flavor. Even if it is technically a soufflé or perhaps a sponge cake. We will need:

- - 120 grams of white chocolate (also works with milk chocolate, in which case it's an overdose of chocolate!)
- - 120 grams of cream cheese
And here's how to prepare it: 3-ingredient cake for which
First break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Then melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until they reach a fine snow-like texture. A pinch of salt always helps.
Mix the cream cheese with the melted chocolate. Mix gently at room temperature.
Then the egg yolks and gradually the egg white. It's best to do this in three stages so that everything is nice and fluffy.
Make your own baking dish with some baking paper: a circle of about 20 cm. Make the edge about 15 cm.
Then pour the mixture into the pan. Spread evenly.
Important:
place the dish on a baking sheet and pour in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water.
Then put everything in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
