  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour; 
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese; 
  • 3 tablespoons of water; 
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste; 
  • Milk or eggs (for breading); 
  • Breadcrumbs (for breading).

How to make:

Cook the cassava until smooth and drain the water;

Then mashed potato the cooked cassava with a fork into a puree;

Then get a saucepan and put it on a low heat. Next, let the butter sauté, then add the flour and stir until you get a kind of dough;

Then mix everything together very well and add more water little by little until it forms a consistency that is difficult to stir;

Make small balls and place a square of mozzarella inside.

bake in a preheated oven at 250ºC for 30 minutes; it's ready!
