INGREDIENTS Easy chicken and pasta pie
- 1 roll of pastry dough (500g)
- Butter for greasing
- 1 egg yolk to brush on
Stuffing
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can drained corn
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt and chopped greens to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese
How to prepare Easy chicken and pasta pie
For the filling, heat a pan with the butter and fry the onion until it wilts. Then add the chicken, corn, tomatoes, olives, extract, salt and green smell and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the curd cheese, mix and turn off the heat.
Next, line a medium-sized greased baking dish with some of the pastry and spread the filling on top. Then cover with pastry and decorate with strips of pastry.
Finally, brush with the egg yolk and bake in a medium, preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove and cut into pieces to serve.
