  • 1 cup caster sugar (for breading)
  • breadcrumbs (for breading)

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Mash the cassava until it forms a puree. Then add the chicken stock, butter, salt and green smell to taste.
  2. TIP: This stock can be replaced with 2 chicken stock tablets, bring to the boil with 600 ml of water and dissolve well.
  3. Then transfer this mixture to a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Then, when it starts to boil, add half the wheat flour and mix well. 
  4. Finally, gradually add the rest of the flour and mix continuously for about 10 minutes.

It's normal for this dough to be a little softer than traditional dough.

Then turn off the heat, transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

Then let it cool down well and you can use the dough to shape your drumsticks.
