INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 100 ml heavy cream (or until smooth)
- filling of your choice
- salt to taste

- Then gradually add the cream
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into the desired shape
- Now add the filling of your choice
- Then fold over, pinch the ends together and fry in hot fat.
